The weather was perfect! School spirit was high! It was a great to see our theme come to life: "It's a Small World"
Declare his glory among the nations,
his marvelous deeds among all the peoples!
Psalm 96:3
his marvelous deeds among all the peoples!
Psalm 96:3
The parade was fantastic, filled with football players, cheerleaders, floats, our marching band, and many other entries! The theme was carried out in such an amazing way! Here's what jumped out at me: There was NO trash talk about our opposing team. The focus was on celebrating PCA and our chosen theme of carrying the Good News to all nations. Beautifully done, Student Government!
The picture below is one of the things I love best about our North family - older students and younger students developing friendships. I notice it often and it makes me smile EVERY time.
There are not many more precious sights that to see a child on the shoulders of their father. Ahhh....sweetness!
Back to the parade...
Yes...Director of Fine Arts, Joel Rutherford has many talents. He has an amazing voice, can lead us in worship and entertain us in the parade with his unicycle expertise.
Students, staff, and parents, and all other friends moved to Lions Stadium for our PEP RALLY! Little ones sat on the track while our older students sat in the bleachers.
Our students were smart! Since it was nearing lunch time, they brought snacks and water bottles for our little ones.
Full tummies...Now, let's concentrate on the pep rally!
What a great day!
